Shipping 

Most items are shipped within 1-3 business day (M-F PST) and will arrive within 6-7 business days within the USA using USPS, UPS, CP or AMZL. FREE shipping applies on all items noted on the store and see Returns area and refund area for information regarding returns and refunds.

Tracking Information

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.

Lost/Stolen Packages

DOGMICS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or FedEx directly at 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800-463-3339 . Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS and FedEx.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please note: DOGMICS is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country by us or third party seller. No warranty or customer service is available for international use.
